Please be aware that our appointments are time-specific. If you arrive late, we may need to customise or reschedule your appointment. If you are running 15 minutes late or later for your appointment, we suggest you give us a call as the service may have to be rescheduled.
As a courtesy to our service providers, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any amendments or cancellations to your bookings. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of treatment. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
First-time guests are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service fee at the time of booking to secure your first appointment. The deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
